Once you place an order on our website, our online orders team is promptly notified and passes on the order details to our production team.

Our production team carefully checks your order to ensure that the products are in stock or proceeds to freshly prepare them for you if necessary.

The products are handpicked by our production team based on your flavor selection and then transferred to our packaging team. Our packaging team meticulously packages each item to maintain the freshness and quality of the products.

Third Step:

Once packaged, our logistics team coordinates with our courier partner to book the shipment.

For orders within Chikmagalur, please allow 24 hours for delivery from the date of placing your order. For orders within India, please allow 2-5 days from the date of placing your order. Please note that local and national holidays may impact the delivery timeline.

Fourth Step:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number. This tracking number enables you to monitor your order's journey from our facility to your specified delivery location.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accessible and someone is available to promptly receive and store the products correctly upon delivery, as our products are sensitive to heat and direct sunlight. Refer to our product packaging for accurate storage instructions.
